President and CEO Sung Ohm, is a well-known name in franchising. Growing up as part of a South Korean immigrant family, Sung saw the benefits of entrepreneurialism and hard work from day one. His family started with small business convenience stores and grew to be multi-unit franchisees within the hotel industry for over 15 years. In addition to growing up with first-hand experience in franchising from the Owner side, Sung has held development leadership positions at some of the best- known finance, national automotive, fitness and service franchise brands. In 2020, Sung partnered with FranDevCo, becoming CEO in 2022 where he immediately began building the strongest foundation possible for growth. Sung’s goal is to make FranDevCo the best in the industry and use his experience and passion for empowering franchisors and entrepreneurs to live the American dream of independence through franchising.
Drew Chalfant is an experienced franchise professional and joins FranDevCo as its Chief Operating Officer. Drew’s background in franchising spans multiple competencies including development, sales, operations, and legal. Drew started his career in franchising as in-house legal counsel for a tier-one franchise sales organization where he oversaw legal ops, compliance, and risk management for its portfolio of clients and equity brands. In less than three years Drew ascended to the role of General Counsel and helped navigate the sale of the company and its primary equity brand to what is now a publicly-traded franchisor platform company. Drew then co-founded a boutique franchise law firm which became an Entrepreneur Magazine “Top Franchise Supplier” in less than 2 years by bringing over 100 franchisors to market as their legal counsel. Drew has stepped out of the practice of franchise law and into the Chief Operating Officer role with a goal to build upon FranDevCo’s mission as a first-in-class franchise development firm that is synonymous with smart, strategic franchise growth for its portfolio of brands.
Allison Zorich joined FranDevCo in January 2023 bringing with her a wealth of experience and knowledge gained throughout many years in the franchising sector. Zorich has led numerous successful initiatives that have significantly contributed to FranDevCo's growth and success. She is an accomplished professional and dedicated leader and has proven her extraordinary expertise in franchise development throughout her career. Prior to her role with FranDevCo, Zorich spearheaded franchise development at Premium Service Brands and spent nearly a decade as a leader in business development at Guidant Financial.
